Orders & Confirmation

Submitting the order form is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, design, flavor, and pricing. Your order is confirmed only once we agree on these details with you.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are quoted per order based on size, design, and ingredients. Quoted prices are valid at the time of confirmation. Payment arrangements (including any deposit) are agreed directly with you when your order is confirmed.

Lead Time

We recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance for standard cakes and 1–2 weeks for multi-tier or elaborate custom cakes. Rush orders may be possible depending on availability.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled with a full refund up to 48 hours before the delivery or pickup date.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a charge of up to 30%, as ingredients and preparation will already be underway.

Custom Designs

We do our best to match reference images and design requests. As every cake is handmade, slight variations in color, finish, and decoration are natural and expected. Final designs may be adjusted for structural or food-safety reasons.

Delivery & Pickup

We deliver across Colombo and surrounding suburbs, with charges based on distance. Self-pickup is available from our studio. Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the agreed time and that a safe surface is prepared for it.

Allergens

Our cakes may contain or come into contact with common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, and nuts. Please tell us about any allergies when ordering. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Photographs

We may photograph our cakes for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you would prefer your custom cake not be shared, simply let us know.

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for issues arising after the cake has been delivered or picked up, including improper storage, handling, or transport by others.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
